StreamSmart Stormwater Housecalls

In 2017, the Growing Greener Communities partners came together to create Stream Smart Stormwater House Calls.  This program helps local residents and property owners improve stormwater management on their property to reduce runoff. Since its founding within our partnership, Stream Smart has expanded to include additional watershed organizations around the Philadelphia area.

 

Property owners in the Stream Smart service area can schedule a free House Call. During a House Call, Stream Smart representatives visit the property to share information about stormwater pollution and identify ways to reduce stormwater runoff leaving the property. The property owners receive a written report with specific recommendations for their property in addition to guidance for simple GSI installations.
